Accepted Answer

Everything in a standard cleaning, plus hand-detailing of baseboards, door frames, light switches, tile and grout, cabinet exteriors, and the areas behind and around reachable furniture.

Question 3

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Accepted Answer

No. Supplies and equipment are included. If you prefer we use your own products — for a specific surface or a sensitivity — leave a note when you book.

Question 4

Can I book recurring cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose weekly, every two weeks or every four weeks during booking. Recurring plans are discounted, and you can pause, skip or cancel any visit.

Question 5

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

No. Many customers leave access instructions, a door code or a key with the front desk. You'll get a notification when the cleaning starts and when it's complete. If you'd prefer to be home during the cleaning, that's perfectly fine too.

Accepted Answer

If something was missed, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to correct it at no additional charge.

Question 9
