Information we collect
We collect the details you provide when requesting a quote or booking: name, email, phone number, service address, access instructions and the preferences you share about your home.
How we use it
Your information is used to price and schedule cleanings, dispatch a cleaning professional, send confirmations and reminders, process payment and respond to support requests.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with the assigned cleaning professional and with service providers that support payments, messaging and scheduling. We do not sell personal information.
Payment data
Card details are handled by our payment processor. TidyLine does not store full card numbers.
Advertising measurement
We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. When you visit, it receives page views, clicks on booking buttons and contact-form submissions, along with your browser and device details, IP address and Meta cookies. We never send your name, email, phone or address with these events. The pixel is not loaded for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland. You can opt out with your browser's tracking or cookie settings and through your Facebook ad preferences, or contact us.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
