Cancellation Policy

Free changes
Reschedule or cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival window.
Late changes
Changes made inside 24 hours may incur a fee to cover the reserved time, shown before you confirm the change.
Lockouts
If our professional cannot access the home at the scheduled time and cannot reach you within 30 minutes, the visit is treated as a late cancellation.
Recurring plans
Skip an individual visit, shift a date or pause a plan at any time from your confirmation link. Pausing does not cancel your plan.
