Booking and estimates
Prices shown online are estimates based on the information you provide. If a home differs materially from what was described, we will contact you before performing additional work.
Access
You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the home at the scheduled time, including any building requirements such as service entrances or insurance certificates.
Payment
Payment is authorized when you book and captured after the cleaning is completed. Recurring plans are charged per visit.
Scope of work
Cleanings follow the checklist for the selected service. Items outside that scope — biohazards, heavy lifting, exterior windows above ground level, or unsafe conditions — are excluded.
Liability
Report any damage within 24 hours of the appointment so it can be documented and reviewed promptly.
